Do you need an appointment for treatment at AFC Urgent Care Allen?

Never. At AFC Urgent Care Allen we accept patients at our local walk-in clinic and never ask for an appointment. That is one of the most significant benefits of visiting AFC Allen for care since you can get care on the same day as your visit. However, patients that need to schedule an appointment may do so here

Do you accept insurance? Do you need insurance to pay for services?

AFC Urgent Care Allen accepts most major carriers and insurance plans for just about all our services. If you have any questions about the insurances we accept, please ask for our billing department at 469-640-4232. 

In addition, we allow patients to pay for services out-of-pocket and try to provide the most affordable rates. 

Do patients need a referral to visit AFC Urgent Care Allen?

Nope. AFC Urgent Care Allen never requires a referral from another medical provider to get care. Simply come visit us whenever you require urgent care services! 

Is AFC Urgent Care Allen the same as the emergency room?
